From first message to warranty-backed handover

Most disappointments in this market come from a process that was never written down. Ours is. Five stages, each with a defined output, each one a place where a unit can be rejected. The result is fewer sales and far fewer problems — which, over a long relationship, is the trade every serious buyer prefers.

01 · You describe the corridor

Tell us the country, the account type, and roughly how money will move — receiving only, payouts, card spend, or exchange settlement. That single paragraph determines which tier we recommend and often saves you from buying more account than you need.

02 · We match against live inventory

We check what is genuinely on the shelf today rather than what is theoretically available. You get a shortlist with the real age of each unit, the verification tier, the limits observed at review, and the price. If nothing fits, we say so instead of substituting.

03 · Pre-handover re-test

Before anything is transferred, a reviewer signs in from a clean environment and confirms the account still behaves exactly as recorded. Verification badge, limits, recovery path, dashboard access. Any drift since intake means the unit is pulled and replaced.

04 · Encrypted handover

Credentials, recovery email and phone, the onboarding document set and a written handover note travel to you through an end-to-end encrypted channel. You confirm access on your side, and we purge our copy of the credentials.

05 · Warranty window

From the moment you confirm access, the warranty clock starts. If the account cannot be used as described, message us inside the window and you get a replacement unit or a full refund — no negotiation, no partial credit games.

How to keep a verified account healthy

The first two weeks decide most outcomes. Providers watch for sudden behavioural change more closely than they watch for volume. Log in from a consistent environment, keep the recovery details untouched until the account has settled, and let the first transactions resemble the pattern the account already had. Warm the limits upward rather than testing the ceiling on day one.

After that settling period the account is yours to operate normally. Change the recovery path if you wish, raise volumes, connect it to your processor. Buyers who follow this sequence report stable operation measured in years; buyers who reset everything on the first evening are the ones who write to us on day three.
